1. General Policy

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the original purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please contact our customer support team before returning any products. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status.

• Restocking Fee: Approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels; you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
• Recommendation: We highly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Restrictions)

Due to FDA regulations and strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Opened and/or used e-liquid.
• Opened and used devices or accessories.
• Sample packs or bundle deals that are partially returned or opened.
• Products that were not purchased directly from www.geekbarselect.com.

4. Exchange Process

We are happy to facilitate exchanges within the 30-day window for eligible items.

• Step 1: You ship the item back to us (customer covers return shipping).
• Step 2: When we receive the returned items, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm the new items you would like to receive.
• Step 3: You will be responsible for any price difference if the new item is not of equal value.

Note: A standard shipping fee will be applied to all exchange orders that total less than $69.99.
