Shipping & Returns Policy

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $69.99!
(Valid for online orders shipped within the contiguous US. Calculation is based on the subtotal after discounts and before taxes.)

1. Shipping Eligibility & Restrictions

Free shipping is automatically available at checkout for all valid orders totaling $69.99 or more.

Service Area

We proudly ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

Exclusions

We currently do NOT ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • APO/DPO/FPO and other Military Addresses

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of the contiguous United States will be canceled and refunded immediately.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

Processing Time: Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). While most orders ship within 48 hours, please allow up to 3 days during peak periods. We do not process orders on weekends or Federal holidays.

Security Verification: To protect our customers, some orders may undergo a security review. If your order requires verification, our team will contact you within the same business day.

Estimated Transit Times

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. Typical transit times are:

  • West Coast (AZ, NV, WA, ID): 3-7 Business Days
  • East Coast / Midwest: 11-18 Business Days

Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier. GeekBar Official Reseller is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather or operational issues.

3. Issues with Shipments

Lost or Stolen Packages

We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout to insure your order.

  • With Route: You are fully covered if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • Without Route: GeekBar Official Reseller is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be issued.

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, please immediately take clear photos of the damaged product AND the shipping box/invoice. Email these to our Support Team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement.

Returned to Sender (RTS)

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address provided by the customer or refusal of delivery, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and the original cost of shipping.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refund Policy

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, and in compliance with FDA regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used e-liquid/juice.
  • Opened or used devices and accessories.
  • Disposable vapes that have been opened (unless dead on arrival).
  • Items not purchased directly from www.geekbarselect.com.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item. Once we receive it, our team will contact you to create a new order.

Note: You will be responsible for any price difference. If the new exchange order is under $69.99, a standard shipping fee will apply.
